About AIDS action
AIDS Action was an international newsletter published by Healthlink Worldwide (formerly AHRTAG), a UK-based non-governmental organisation. Fifty issues of AIDS Action were published between 1987 and 2001. All issues are available in HTML and PDF formats.
Readers are reminded that treatment guidelines and health care practices change over time. If you are in doubt, please refer to WHO's up-to-date AIDS Treatment Plans.
Aimed at health workers and educators working at the primary level, AIDS Action provided practical information on a wide range of care, support and prevention issues concerning HIV, AIDS and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Healthlink Worldwide's partner organisations continue to produce regional editions of AIDS Action.
